Payment: Before shipment of the goods.

Prices: All prices are net. For deliveries within Germany, VAT applies. For EU deliveries, a valid VAT ID is required to waive VAT.

Retention of Title: The machines remain our property until full payment has been received.

Delivery: 1–3 weeks after receipt of payment and clarification of all details.

Inspection: Only part of our offered machines is stored at our facility. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and location.

Technical Condition: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the machines are not refurbished and are sold as last operated by the previous owner.

Tools & Accessories: Unless explicitly stated in the offer, no tools or accessories are included.

Disclaimer

Delivery is made – as is common for used machinery – without any warranty or guarantee.

We recommend inspecting the machine(s) in person to assess condition and scope of delivery.

All information is non-binding.

Machines may not comply with current safety regulations (e.g., UVV). The buyer is responsible for upgrading the machines before commissioning.
